In this class we will breakdown and compare coverage between the NFIP forms and ISO forms and look to make benefit comparisons for the consumer for a knowledge base. We will explore why in today's changing weather climate, flood insurance is so important as an add on to the insured's protection of their largest asset; their building. This course is also designed to meet FEMA’s minimum training and education requirements as stated in section 207 of the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 for all insurance agents who sell Standard Flood Insurance Policies issued through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
